- PLOGOM you promised KSHS 54 Million to each of the 25 wards for development, we choose the ward development committee, the FY 2015/2016 had gone and they have never received a penny despite the budgetary allocation, WHAT HAPPENED?
- PLOGOM you promised each school an ultra-modern ECD class, funds were allocated for the same in our budget, to date only two are partly complete… What happened sir?
- PLOGOM you promised piped water to each village, we dug very big trenches, at some point you delivered pipes, but you later collected all of them and for three years now they are lying idle in the public works offices? WHAT HAPPENED? We know your firm was given the tender to supply the pipes and the water tanks and you paid yourself over 230M ….WHAT HAPPENED, SIR?
- PLOGOM you promised to build modern markets for our hardworking mama mbogas, modern shoe shiner’s sheds, a new ndonyo in Kapsimotwo, your books indicate the same has been done, WHERE ARE THESE PROJECTS? ON THE GROUND SIR?
- PLOGOM you promised to construct, three major factories, one for hides/skins, second for Robwonik, third as a production industry, you even told us the specific sites, the funds were allocated for the same, WHAT HAPPENED, SIR? AMA ZIKO UNDERGROUND?
- PLOGOM you promised to construct Chepcricket cancer centre, you went ahead and bought land and placed a big signpost showing the proposed site, near youth farmers, the signpost is now rusting without any sign of the same. WHAT HAPPENED SIR?
- PLOGOM you indicated in your books that all the five sub-county offices have been constructed and fully functional, but on the ground, we have only one partially constructed, what happened Sir
- You promised to complete the ‘third-largest stadium in Kenya’ by last year, to date no signs of the same ever coming to an end, I know u will blame the university, which came in last week, what happened sir?
- PLOGOM you promised several cooling plants and a dairy cow from South Africa to each village, I later learnt the cows landed only on your farm, DID U MEANT ALL OR YOUR VILLAGE? WHAT HAPPENED SIR?
- PLOGOM you indicated in your books that your government has constructed three malls in Bomet town worth 1.3 Billion Shillings, WHERE IS IT LOCATED IN TOWN, SIR?? …………….WHAT HAPPENED? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MONEY MEANT FOR THESE PROJECTS!!
